These upgrades were introduced to our labs recently:
- New State of the art Automatic Microhardness tester with mapping, stitching, and graphing capabilities including color maps. This new microhardness tester has dual indenters (Vickers and knoop) and three objectives with its own PC, software and dual monitors, and automatic stage. This would be our second instrument in the lab.
- New Spectrochemical Machine state of the art with a patented “most accurate” way of calibration and standardization. This new instrument is capable of testing virtually any metal from plain carbon steel to Titanium and high strength specialty alloys. This would be our second instrument in the lab.
- New with automatic stage metallograph from Leica equipped with the latest Clemex full image analysis Vision Professional Software to perform all types of metallographic analysis including: Grain Size, Phase percent (retained austenite), Nodularity, Graphite rating, Depth measurements, Stitching many photos into one image, and much more. This would be our third fully capable metallograph.
