It is almost like having an experienced metallurgist and staff with full laboratory capabilities on your side to assist you with testing, consulting, and representing you with supplies and customers, etc.
Pricing
The fee schedule details the prices for services listed. Many other metallurgical services are not listed and are covered under special projects or per quote. Quotations are based upon the fee schedule and rate dependent upon a number of factors including:
- Number of samples involved
- Difficulty of sample preparation
- Sufficiency of appropriate information provided by the client to facilitate analysis
- Turnaround time required
- Amount of engineering analysis required
- Report type and preparation requirements
All outside laboratory services are based upon actual costs and the engineering time required.
Terms:
All proposed work will require a purchase order number and the appropriate paper work.
Payment:
Fees are due and payable within 30 days of the date of invoice.
Discounts:
Special arrangements can be made for up to 10% discounts for first time customers and customers using ATRONA three or more times per month. ATRONA also offers retainer type contracts for up to 35% less than fees schedule.
Scheduling:
All appointments and work are made on a first-come, first-served basis; turnaround time is based upon current lab work load, however, will not exceed 5 business days in most cases, unless priority or emergency service is requested.
Confidentiality:
Reports are submitted to clients on a confidential basis. No reference to the work or test results in any manner will be discussed or made public by means of advertising, news release, or other public announcements without written authorization from the client. All work is considered proprietary property of the client and is maintained by ATRONA as such.
The results and conclusions of the work performed by ATRONA Material Testing Labs, Inc., are for "information only". ATRONA, it's owner, staff, and agents will not be held legally liable for any actions taken by its clients (or others) based upon the test results, conclusions and/or recommendations whether stated or inferred.
