Are you Looking to identify a specific contaminant or find out if there is contamination on a specific part or assembly? or may be even looking to determine the root cause of contamination. ATRONA's special techniques and analysis methods can identify impurities and find the smallest levels of contaminants. Even the tiniest particle or fragment can be detected. We can also determine the size, mass, surface area, and composition of the contamination. Contamination can take place in components or systems causing damage and failures. ATRONA can work with you to isolate the contamination and determine its source. We can then work with you to recommend solutions and fix the problem.
CONTAMINATION ANALYSIS TESTING LAB FOR:
- Food and Beverage Industry
- Safety Industry
- Pharmaceutical Industry
- Manufacturing & Industrial Sector
- Oil & Gas Industry
- Electrical Components
- and more!
CLEANLINESS TESTING: We can either work with your specification or use our own proven test methods. We have performed various types of cleanliness analyses. Cleanliness testing will reveal what is in the component, sub assembly or full assembly and determine its severity and impact on the sample being tested. Contamination when severe enough can cause all sorts of damage to the system including corrosion, premature wear, friction, spalling, surface fatigue, and even catastrophic failure.
FRAGMENTS: We have completed hundreds of projects for the food industry where contaminants are detected in the factory and the field. These contaminants, regardless of size, can be identified and their source determined. We can also determine if a specific submitted sample contains impurities and identify these impurities.
INSTRUMENTS: Analysis is conducted using various techniques including visual analysis, photography, stereoscopic scanning analysis, microscopic analysis with automatic stage, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS), wet chemistry Inductive coupling Plasma (ICP), gas analyzers, Microscopic FT-IR, thermal analysis instruments, polymeric testing instruments, etc. Call us to discuss this in more detail or send us an e-mail.
